Vintique Partner Payments

Card processing built around the antique-mall register: one basket, many booths, and a payment that belongs with the sale.

  • Send the checkout total to a supported reader.
  • Keep card sales, refunds and reconciliation in the mall workflow.
  • Review the pricing, fees and services in your merchant agreement.
  • Get help reviewing rates, choosing hardware and planning the switch.
Request a rate review

We work with a payment provider for card processing. Merchant approval and supported hardware required. Software subscription and equipment priced separately.

Keep the setup you know

Use my own processor

Keep the company that handles your card payments. Use your terminal separately, or ask us to check whether it can connect to Vintique.

  • Take the card payment on your terminal; record the tender in Vintique.
  • Keep the register, dealer records, rent and reports together.
  • No additional Vintique per-sale fee for this standalone setup.
  • Ask us to check your account and reader for a connection.
Choose a software plan

Your processor's fees and agreement still apply. We confirm any connection or equipment costs before you agree.

Built around the work behind the counter.

A connected checkout

The integrated workflow sends the total to a supported reader and brings the result back to the sale. Cash, gift cards and dealer allocation stay in the same register.

Refunds with a record

Keep the card refund and the recorded return together. If a payment result is uncertain, resolve it before trying again so the office has a clear record to reconcile.

An offer you can evaluate

Review the pricing, fees and services in your merchant agreement, alongside your software subscription and equipment costs, before you sign.

Switch your software on your schedule.

Keep the company that handles your card payments. Use your terminal separately, or ask us to check whether your account and reader can connect to Vintique. Your dealer records, rent and reporting stay together.

Keeping a terminal is different from connecting it.

Your current processor handles authorization, card refunds and funding. Vintique records the sale and its dealer allocation. A connection depends on your account and exact reader. We will explain any connection or equipment costs before you agree.

Your next step in payments.

Already taking cards? Let's review what you pay and what changing would involve. Opening a new mall? We'll help you plan the processing and hardware together.

A review does not commit you to switching. Merchant approval, equipment and timing are confirmed before you go live. Device ordering and merchant setup payments are handled through onboarding with NMI, our payment partner.

Questions before you switch

Can I keep my current card processor?
Keep the company that handles your card payments. Use your terminal separately, or ask us to check whether your account and reader can connect to Vintique. When connected, Vintique sends the sale amount to your reader and brings the payment result back to your register. Starting fresh? Ask about Vintique Partner Payments, our integrated processing option preparing for launch.
How are software and card processing priced?
With your own standalone terminal, Vintique adds no per-sale fee to your software subscription; your processor's charges still apply. Review the pricing, fees and services in your merchant agreement before you sign. The software subscription and any equipment costs are separate. Review the full offer before you switch.
Can you review the rate I already have?
Yes. Tell us your current processor, approximate monthly card volume and average sale. We'll review the full processing cost and the equipment you need, then put the offer in writing. A review does not commit you to switching, and savings depend on your current agreement and payment mix.
Will my current terminal work with Vintique Partner Payments?
We'll check the exact model, processor and connection before recommending a setup. Keeping a standalone terminal is different from integrating a reader with the register. A provider logo alone does not establish compatibility, and an equipment purchase is separate from the software subscription.
Does starting a Vintique trial switch my processor?
No. The software trial and payment-processing enrollment are separate. You can start using Vintique with your current processor. Vintique Partner Payments requires a separate rate review, merchant application, agreement and approved setup before processing starts.
How does switching to Vintique Partner Payments work?
Start with a rate and hardware review. Complete the merchant application from Settings → Payments and review the linked processing agreements before submitting. We'll coordinate the approved setup and a checkout rehearsal before choosing a switch date. Keep your existing processing arrangement until the replacement is working.
