What is Vintique? A modern web-based POS and back-office platform for antique malls, thrift stores, and consignment shops — built around booth-based consignment from the ground up, with mall-wide gift cards, item lookup, and a floor-plan sandbox driven by your real sales. As of 2026, plans start at $29/month with a 45-day free trial.
“We had been on Mall Sales Manager for 20 years. It just wasn’t intuitive anymore — it didn’t keep up with the speed of our business, and it created more paperwork and hassle than it solved. There was no way to look up an item, no way to lay out the store. We switched the whole mall to Vintique in a day. ”
Things only Vintique gives you
Vintique-only features include a public storefront for your mall with rich shareable item pages, image-identify item pricing in three formats (snap, drag, or Chrome side-panel), an iOS companion app for both booth owners and operators, marketplace cross-listing to eBay / Etsy / Facebook Marketplace / Whatnot, a sales-driven floor-plan sandbox, $0 per-transaction processing fees, and full data portability. These are the surfaces that don't ship with SimpleConsign, Ricochet, or Quail Mall Manager.
A public storefront at /store/<your-mall>, no extra signup, no Shopify bill. Every item gets a shareable link with a rich social unfurl — booth owners flip items in with one toggle, the operator gates the whole thing in Settings. Search engines and answer engines see real product data, not a screenshot.
Photograph an item at the counter, drag an image off any browser tab, or right-click a listing in our Chrome side-panel extension. Vintique pulls comparable listings in seconds — a curious estate-sale find becomes a confident tag without leaving the floor.
Booth owners and operators both carry the mall in their pocket. Identify a find from the aisle, save it as a draft, watch today's sales tick by, and download a statement — all without sitting down at a desktop. Operators also get the full daily / monthly / annual reports sized for a phone. Pair once with a code from your web dashboard. Included on every plan.
Cross-listing to eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, and Whatnot from the same draft — prices drafted with comparables baked in. Admins do it in bulk; booth owners do it per item.
Sketch the mall, drop booths into spots on a grid, and see projected revenue impact based on each booth's actual sales history. Rotate power booths, plan a renovation, or place a new vendor — all before moving a single shelf.
Vintique records the sale; your existing card terminal moves the money. No per-transaction fees from us, no card data in our systems, no PCI scope to add to your plate.
Full ZIP export of every booth, transaction, gift card, item, hold, and setting — ready in minutes from Settings. Per-tenant data isolation with Postgres row-level security as a backstop. 30-day grace window if you ever close the mall.
The register stack every antique mall needs
Every antique mall needs six things at the counter: a mall-ready point-of-sale, automatic per-vendor consignment math, sales that stack across the storewide and per-booth layers, mall-wide gift cards, bookkeeper-grade reports, and 50-state sales tax. Vintique ships all six as table stakes — no add-ons, no module fees.
A mall-ready point-of-sale
Many booths, one cart. Cash, credit, split, partial gift card — and the math for tax, discounts, and consignment is handled for you.
Inside the register ›Per-vendor consignment math
Rent, percentage, or both — settlements done automatically, with a vendor login and a private My Sales dashboard for every booth owner.
Vendor management ›Storewide & per-booth sales that stack
Run a storewide percent-off and let booths run their own sales at the same time. The register stacks them in the right order and breaks every layer out on the receipt.
Sales engine ›Mall-wide gift cards
One balance across every booth, atomic ops, never goes negative — even when two cashiers ring it at once. A clean audit trail underneath.
Gift cards, mall-wide ›Reports your bookkeeper trusts
Daily, monthly, and annual reports with payment splits, tax breakdowns, and per-vendor settlements — exportable to PDF or CSV.
Bookkeeping-grade reports ›50-state sales tax, set at onboarding
Tax rates for every US state and DC are baked in. Pick your state at signup and the register applies the right rate; tax-exempt items and resale IDs are first-class.
How tax works ›Vintique records the sale — your existing terminal moves the money. No per-transaction fees from us, no card data in our systems, no PCI scope to add to your plate.

The little things that make a long day easier
Beyond the headline features, Vintique adds quality-of-life details for each role on the floor — pause-and-resume holds and offline-resilient checkout for cashiers, one-click storefront listing and per-item marketplace cross-listing for booth owners, nearby estate sales and a one-afternoon CSV importer for operators. The tabs below switch between the three views.
For you, the operator
The back-office details that make running the mall feel less like a second job.
A geolocated feed of estate sales, auctions, and antique fairs in your service area — so you (and your booth owners) know where to source without scraping six different sites.
Bring vendors, items, gift cards and historical sales over from SimpleConsign, Ricochet, ConsignPro, Liberty, Quail Mall Manager, Quail Point-of-Sale, or a generic CSV — preview every row, one-click undo.
A four-step tour walks new admins through their first password, booth, sale, and cashier invite — with optional sample data to see the app full of life.
An iOS app that pairs to your account in a tap. Today's sales, this month's totals, active-booth count, and the full daily / monthly / annual reports — sized for a phone. Same Identify-by-photo workflow your booth owners get.

Common questions
Is there really a 45-day free trial? ›
Yes — every new mall gets a full 45 days, no charge. We collect a card on signup so the switch to paid is seamless, but you can cancel anytime in the Stripe billing portal before day 46 and never be charged.
What about payments? ›
Vintique records the sale; your existing card terminal moves the money. That means $0 per-transaction processing fees from us, no card data in our systems, and no PCI scope to add to your plate. We track cash, credit, gift card, and split payments accurately for reports — without ever touching your customers' cards.
Can I migrate from my current system? ›
Yes. Vintique reads CSV exports from SimpleConsign, Ricochet, ConsignPro, Liberty Consignment, Quail Mall Manager (Antique Mall Accounting), Quail Point-of-Sale, and any generic spreadsheet. The importer previews every row, flags anything that looks off, and a single Undo button rolls back a freshly committed import if something isn't right. Most malls move vendors, items, and gift cards over in an afternoon.
Does Vintique work for thrift stores and consignment shops too? ›
Yes. Vintique fits any shop running on a booth-rental or consignment model — antique malls, thrift stores, vintage co-ops, and resale boutiques. The data model is booth-based consignment from the ground up, and the register, item lookup, mall-wide gift cards, and reports all work the same way regardless of what the storefront calls itself. Even pure-donation thrift stores can run Vintique by treating donations as a single internal "booth" and using the rest of the system as a normal retail POS.
Does Vintique give my mall an online storefront? ›
Yes. Every mall gets a public storefront at `/store/<your-mall>` — no extra signup, no Shopify bill. Booth owners flip individual items into the listing from the item editor, and every item gets a shareable URL with a rich social-media unfurl (title, photo, price) plus Product JSON-LD so search and answer engines see real data, not a screenshot. The operator gates the whole thing in Settings; it's included on every plan.
Can I cross-list a vendor's item to eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, or Whatnot? ›
Yes. From the item editor, generate a marketplace-ready draft listing for a single item — pricing pre-populated from comparable listings. Booth owners do it per item from their drafts queue; admins can bulk-generate across the whole inventory. Each draft is exported in the marketplace's expected format so you finish the listing on their site. There's a daily quota included on every plan.
What does "active booth vendors" mean? ›
Any booth owner record marked active counts toward your plan. You can deactivate seasonal vendors at any time without losing their history — and reactivate them later.
45-day trial, cancel anytime. Full ZIP export of everything if you ever leave.
